This Policy describes how Solution Forty Two ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use Forty Two (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, workspace name, and password hash, provided when you sign up.
• Workspace data — contacts, deals, activities, and other records you create inside the product.
• Usage data — basic logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, communicate with you about your account, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted providers to operate the Service — including our hosting provider, transactional email (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe, where applicable). reCAPTCHA is used on signup to deter automated abuse; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.

4. Retention

We keep workspace data for the life of your workspace. When you delete a workspace, content is removed from production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data from your workspace settings, or by contacting us. Where applicable, you have additional rights under GDPR / POPIA.
