These Terms govern your use of Forty Two ("the Service"), a product of Solution Forty Two. By creating a workspace or signing in you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your workspace and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt the platform, accessing accounts you do not own, or using the Service to send unsolicited communications.

3. Trial and subscriptions

New workspaces begin on a free trial. Paid plans, where applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Data and content

You retain ownership of the data you put into Forty Two. We process it on your behalf to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solution Forty Two's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
